Vuka Works
The Vuka team partnered with Sorger & Co. to provide technology strategy and oversight for Vuka Works, a platform designed to help enterpreneurs with ideation and strategy for their business ideas. The Sorger & Co. team were tasked with helping estimate and plan for the rebuild of the Vuka Works platform, which required a new modular, scalable, content-management and white-label-ready architecture to realize its growth potential. This effort included the creation of detailed business and functional requirements for both the present and future state of the platform, a build of a detailed product roadmap and feature prioritization matrix, and a strategy for building a more modular platform that can be easily modified to fit various use cases and industry verticals without developer intervention.
Sorger & Co. and Vuka have continued to partner on strategy and feature planning for the Vuka Works platform, and have recently reached an agreement for a full re-architecture of the platform using leading edge technologies and industry best practices and approaches, allowing the platform to reach more audience more quickly. The Vuka and Sorger & Co. teams are looking forward to launching a new and improved Vuka Works platform in 2022.
